Tacos could possibly be my favorite go-to meal. About once a week we gather around the table for a meal of either shrimp tacos, veggie tacos, or steak tacos. They’re flavorful, they’re easy, and being a salsa fiend they’re the perfect food for my palate’s addiction. With the taco craze going on across the country (i.e. this weekend I ventured to Dragonfly in Fairhope, Alabama whose menu boasts of items like chili braised chicken with kimchee slaw tacos, spicy eggplant tacos, and cobia tacos with pickled shishito peppers), why not make your own taco bar the centerpiece of your next gathering. You can also create flavor pairings to satisfy any taste – vegan, vegetarian, paleo, etc. Below MyScoop has some pairings using seasonal ingredients that will have your family and guests raving:

Think of what pairings you would like to put together. This may also be determined by what is available at your local market.

Place warm tortillas in a big covered basket. (We prefer corn tortillas over flour.)
